Since I got my ingredients today, I found that I am trying to consider whether to take the pills whole, or whether to just crush the pills.
In essence I knew that I could order all my materials online with the greatest of ease. That was not part of the experiment. What I wanted to do was see if Stigmata could be bought as one goes shopping in a grocery store without doing any special activities to accommodate the process.
Tomorrow I will detail all the measures I took into construction of Stigmata, the ratios I went through to make it and the container Stigmata will be stored in.
All other subsequent reports regarding Stigmata will be held in my Personal Entries.
To recap, though, of items obtained:
now MSM Sulfer
Solaray Choline (as Choline Bitartrate)
No Salt sodium free salt
Iodized Salt
Complete Multivitamin for men 50+ (I am 30)
Calcium Suppliment
Sugar
Hungarian Stone Ground Whole Wheat
EAS Soy Protein (Vanilla flavored)
Soybean Oil (a.k.a Vegetable Oil)
Coconut Flour
1.5 mL bottle (to contain the water)
All items fulfill my basic caloric and nutritional needs as outlined by the U.S. Government Daily Recommended Intake (DRI) for men aged 19 to 50 based on a 2,000 calorie diet.
Measurements will be done via teaspoon and corroborated via digital scale.
I don't need to remind you this is an experiment and not to be undertaken without serious medical advice and proper research. This is not meant to diagnose, treat, or cure any disease. This is only a dietary supplement and is intended as such. No parties are responsible except for those individuals who take it upon themselves to create Stigmata.
Let the games begin.
Ingredients gathered, and am now calculating the exact measurements. I post tomorrow with pictures in the portfolio of the experiment.
I was able to gather the necessary ingredients pertinent towards my particular brand of Stigmata. As it stands now I have Resveratrol and Phytoceramides already (though not pictured here). So here then follows the picture in question:
Phase 1 Stigmata Ingredients
The real set back is that apparently (according to the equations) the Chloride is 137% higher than the US Daily Value. I'll have to see what variations I will need to implement to avoid too much salt.
Tomorrow I will head over to the local vitamin shop to see if I can get the rest of my ingredients. Apparently Choline Bitartrate is rather hard to find.
P.S. Yeah it's blurry, but you get the point.
So regretfully I will not be able to make Stigmata tonight as there was a delay in my plans. A regretful event, but not an endgame event.
Suffice it to say two thirds of all necessary components are already purchased. These items include Soy Protein Isolate, Calcium supplements, a male multivitamin, MSM Sulfur, and various other vitamins and minerals. What needs to be purchased now is the food items. Work got the better part of my time, and I was unable to do such.
That and I have a scheduled lunch tomorrow I cannot avoid. It is a shame I couldn't find any phytoceramides. Resveratrol was easily found, and quite cheaply I might add.
Hopefully I will have more to speak of tomorrow.
While I am most certainly uncertain (ha) as to whether what I am about to post is appropriate as a potion post, but I feel it is probably more suited for this area than others. I'm not one for potions in the concept of a magical[sic] brew that can do wondrous things, but more along the lines of the ancient alchemy like stuff. Which really is more the precursor to chemistry, but with more blind randomness and excitement of not know a single thing of what you're doing. So with that, I give you my experimentation.
Stigmata, besides being a term that describes people suffering pains, lesions, sores, and/or wounds in the same place the crucifixion was suppose to be; it is a special brew I've been working on that I hope to catalogue the recipes and record experiences hence. I chose Stigmata mostly out of my own gumption and in no small part Catholic irony. So we come to history and portents of the future.
Stigmata is based on a sound principle and is in no way new. If some people wish to understand where I'm coming from I recommend looking up DIY Soylent and the People's Chow. I've had a run with the People's Chow for nearly a month. I found that during this time it was very difficult to digest certain foods (more specifically the greasy foods). Transition back into solid foods was both pleasant, and horrifying. I thank the heavens I had stock in Charmin at the time. Soylet, or more specifically the cheap Chinese knock off People's Chow, is more or less a food replacement. Not a meal replacement, I mean full on food replacement. It contains all the vitamins and nutrients you need to sustain yourself on. It also contains the entire caloric intake you could possibly need.
So what makes Stigmata different? I have been reworking the recipe to accommodate some added supplements. The idea is to try adding some nootropics, as well as some health items. My first goal is to attempt Acetyl L-Carnitine and such of the nootropic line. From there I hope to add Resveratrol and Phytoceramides. From there I'm thinking of seeing what would happen if I added Creatine to the mix. It could also be possible to add Raspberry Ketones to assist in some stubborn fat lost, in theory.
The main components so far is Masa, Whey Protein Isolate, a particular multivitamin I vetted out before hand, and some other basic items. From there I will add Resveratrol and some Phytoceramides first. If this works fine, then I might add the nootropics. I had originally planned on adding fruit punch mix to add to the flavor (when you first try these it is quite unpleasant but you quickly get used to it) and to make it red. I found that the fruit punch had far too much sugar in it and some preservatives I didn't want. So I'm probably going to have to stick to food coloring. I want it red because I'm silly like that.
I should have the materials tomorrow, which means Saturday will be the last day of human food eating for a month. Sunday will be horrible. Wednesday will be tolerable. Friday will be just plain hungover.
I would also like to say, that I do not recommend this for everyone. Please consult a doctor first and have a full blood panel done before beginning any sort of risky and foolish bodily experimentation. Be smart, don't screw your body up. Leave that to people like me.
