Take 1 package of Beef Stew Meat place in bottom of pressure cooker, season with onion powder, garlic powder, coarse salt and coarse pepper. Add water to cover the beef then about 2 tablespoons of Worcester sauce and pressure cook at full pressure for 28 minutes then allow to come down on it's own from pressure. When able open the beef and drain the liquid off. Make your favorite brown gravy or beef or even mushroom flavored gravy and put beef back in the cooker and add gravy and allow to simmer for 30 minutes to 1 hour before serving. Great with mashed potatoes or noodles.



The beef comes out fork tender and easy to serve.
