Have you ever noticed that somedays, when you look in the mirror, you don't look like yourself? Have you ever stopped to wonder why you don't look yourself? Or do you just blow it off and think, 'This is how everybody wants me to look.' It is so very wrong to do that! You should look like yourself and act like yourself everyday. Don't blend in with the crowd- let your true colors show! Does anybody realize that the way you look can have an impact on who you date? I know that it's pathetically shallow, but that's the way it is sometimes. If you look like a preppy airhead but you're an amazing writer that wants to understand life and the way the world works, chances are you are going to date somebody who is nothing more than a preppy airhead. That's the way karma works. A girl who dresses differently than you but isn't so popular likes you, but you still want to date the popular. That is shallow.
You can't give up on true love, and you must look for it everywhere. Don't give in to society and listen to their rules about love and dating. If somebody tells you that you're to younge to understand, then look for the answer! Do whatever you need to do to find the answer. As questions! Teachers and parents are always telling us to explore and ask questions and be curious, but then they come up with sayings like, "Curiousity killed the cat." They tell us that we ask to many questions, that we're asking the wrong questions. Maybe we're actually asking the right quesitons, they just don't have the answer because they were never curios about it.
Maybe curiousity didn't kill the cat. Maybe he went out looking for the answers and when he finally found them, he killed himself. Maybe he killed himdelf because he finally knew the truth about life. He finally understands that the world is a cold, cruel place.
Or maybe he was murdered.
Maybe somebody else will be searching for the answers, and they'll find the remains of the Curious Cat. Maybe they'll find the remains of a thousands Curious Cats.
