You know...I'm in a very odd mood today. I just feel...down. Depressed? Sad? I don't know. Seems like this is becoming a habit. Which I don't like, because I'm usually in such a great mood. Eh, whatever. I'll get over it.



She-panther is curled up on the bed at my feet right now, asleep. Naturally. What else would she be doing? She amused me today. She's generally a nosy little thing. She will stick her head under my curtains so she can see out the windows. And she'll sit there for hours. Just watching. She did this today and had the curtain only half-way covering her face. So, one eye was looking towards me and the other was covered. Yeah, I was amused.



I got my hair cut yesterday. :D I'm so glad, too. It is amazing now. Sometime or other, I'm going to dye it red. I've got the dye, just have to be in the mood to do it, and sadly, I'm not in that mood right now. :( Sucks.



And holy crap did it rain today! Dude, clear skies and then all of a sudden it gets super dark outside and the bottom falls out. I mean like flooding, pouring rain outside. In a manner of seconds. O.O I'd love to know how that works. Though, I am glad that it didn't decide to thunder and lightning like it did a week or so ago. Ugh, I do not like storms, at all. They scare the crap outta me. Of course, She-panther doesn't like them too much either. That poor cat will duck under the bed and meow at me if it gets too loud.



Oh, and because it's on my mind. I seriously hate being lied to. I don't know what makes people feel the need to lie to me, but there you have it. That is one of those things that will make me lose respect for you really quick. But then, considering who did it...Yeah, don't really have much respect for them anyhow. Haven't for a long time. Whatever though. I'm under the impression that Karma will serve said person...eventually. I'd love to see it happen sometime where I can see it at work. Heh, but considering my luck, it won't. It'll much further down the road when I'm super happy again and don't really care about it. Or forgotten. Whichever comes first.



...It got really quiet in the house just now. Weird. Anyway...



I think I'm going to venture forth from the Fortress of Solitude for food. >.>

I lost track of a serious amount of time today. -_- I was playing Dragon Age 2. Now, generally, I'll play from 4 PM to around 6 PM. Today? Nope. 4 PM to nearly 10. O.O Wha?! Heh, I suppose that can be blamed on me getting to a really good part in the plot, but still. I've never done that. I get bored with it after a certain amount of time and never, ever play that long.



In other news, the she-panther has woken from her nap. She's currently...stretching over my legs. I am NOT your personal stretch bed. *sigh* Anyway, she's decided she's not clean enough. Again. You know, -I- don't see any dirt. I don't know what this dirt is that she persistently thinks is on her. I swear that's all she does. Bathe, eat, stink up my room, and bathe some more.



I'm semi-listening to this show on Food Network. I don't even know what it is, but if a health inspector went through there, it would be shut down. How it hasn't been already is beyond me. But I'm assuming that's what the guy that's helping them is there for. I dunno. I'm not paying attention. XD



It's quiet again. Well, besides the TV anyway. I think all the other lights in the house are off. Kinda makes my room seem like there's a spotlight on it from the living room. XD Even with just the little lamp on. I technically don't live in the city limits, so there's like one house to the right, and one to the left. And that's it. Unless you go a little ways in each direction. It's almost like living "out in the country" again. It gets so dark outside because we have no street lights. So, it gets super dark in the house when the lights are off. It would be nice if i didn't have to have some kind of noise going to sleep. It would be amazingly dark in my room without the TV on. But I don't like the quiet and I don't entirely like pitch darkness either. I really have mixed feelings on that one.



Anyway, I think I'm done for now.

This is my first entry.



It's so....quiet. I love the night hours. Either everyone's gone or everyone's asleep. Either way, it's so nice and peaceful. :)



I've got the small lamp on the table for light. It's not a whole bunch, just enough to light up the room. I like it. I don't have to have the huge glaring light of doom on anymore. I've got the TV on for background noise. It's on Chopped, I think. I have to have a small amount of noise when I'm alone or else I freak out over the weird noises my house makes. XD



The cat is...Well, she was asleep beside me. Now, she's decided that she's not clean enough. I learned something from my best friend a while back that I didn't know about cats. They will not bathe in front of someone they don't like. >.> This leads me to believe that my cat is a deceitful little thing. She bathes in front of someone I -know- she doesn't like. And she's not stupid by any means. Oh, no. She's an intelligent thing. I mean, she knows that if the door's not shut completely, to stick her paw under it and pull it open. O.o Yeah. Smart cat. Next thing I know, she'll be turning door knobs...
