This is a story about a guy, transgender that was born in a body of a girl and her life surely wasn't a simple one that many idiots thought she would have just cause her father was a Bank Manager. Actually it is kind of sad one, with violence, hate and anger.



Juno a seven year old kid was nothing but scrawny and a bit tall near other female kids yet something was not kicking right. He knew he was different from other girls. He felt comfortable with boys but yet where he lived, the boys never much liked him, rather than that they bullied him. Of course to them he was a girl and also shy, scaredy cat, cry baby. So the more he cries the more they bullied him. There was a girl named Sonya who acted as a friend. A sweet looking girl, tanned skin but in reality she was rotten to the core.



It wasn't the first time she schemed something bad against others if they become an obstacle from getting what she wants. Juno became one from second year of his primary school. Just cause of a new kid named Jamie, came to study to that school, came to that class. New and happy go lucky smile, was the center of attention. Sonya without hesitation stood up and freed the seat next to her from James, a problem child by pushing him off from the chair so this new kid could sit.



Jamie didn't like it. In fact he ignored her and walked towards Juno, asking if the place was free. Juno looked up at him and said " It was always free as far as I remember. " Smiling at this reply, Jamie asked " may I sit here please?" Juno looked at him again and said " I got no objections for it. " Happy as he was Jamie sat there and said "from today on if the teacher has nothing against it I would like to sit here. "

Sonya seeing this was not happy about it and being ignored like that, she felt humiliated and could not accept that she lost over unpopular kid who was nothing more that just skinny, not very smart at school and doesn't like to talk much or being in the center of attention. Marcel, a Brazilian boy, Brian, Savior, Brian, and David were all just normal boys, as well but all liked Sonya in a way and wanted her attention. She started to scheme some small threats by writing a letter or two and while they are on break time, she would sneak and leave them under Juno's desk. Only that Juno had a habit to never leave anything under her desk and would take the back pack with him. He never trusted anyone although he carried only text books and copy books and also a small plushie to play with alone somewhere. Maybe cause he never want to be seen he have a secret friend to play with cause he was afraid some other kid would steal it away from him or have a laugh at him.



When the breaks were over and also the lessons, the letters remained there only that Sonya wrote 2 threat letters a day and left them under the desk but in the morning, they are gone. Of course the clean took them and threw them in the garbage. But Sonya thought that Juno took them at home, but in reality they were completely unread.



In the letter were written: You will pay for this. You should die. Ugly squirrel, no one wants you. you are ridiculous. Don't think cause Jamie is sitting near you means he cares about you or something like that, cause you are meaningless.



Jamie continued to sit from Monday to Friday near Juno and Juno continues to share some text books with him and help him a bit that he could. Slowly they make a good friendly relationship and becomes stronger everyday. His father is very good friend with Juno's father so its like a bonus points to make their friendship closer and often they play together in the fields where Jamie's father works.

Juno becomes a bit more confident in himself and now that he got a friend he is happy., but soon this will end and trouble arises more and becomes tough.



Sonya noticed the threat letters scheme failed, so now she resorted to more toughness. With crayons and all she drew and marked Juno's desk calling very cruel names and also used chalk and did the same on blackboard. Juno was shocked. Of course Sonya wouldn't write her name but instead she puts Jamie's name.



"Go to hell sinner. Nobody wants you. just die somewhere and let people live. You even stink, you ugly thing. " That is what she written and this shocked even the teacher. Juno couldn't cry, but was shocked enough to not to be able to speak or move his lips. He was paler than he usually was. He just went to the Janitor's office and took a cloth and a bucket, went to the toilets and filled it with water and hand soap liquid, went in to the classroom and started to clean the mess quietly. He struggled to cleaned the desk but managed and also cleaned the board too.

Sitting back to his chair and also the other did, Jamie sat there and tried to talk to Juno. "it was not me, I never wrote that thing and I never will. I have no reason to treat you badly. please trust me. " But Juno remained silent, still shocked at what happened.



Jamie was sad and disappointed and talked this to his dad and his dad talked to his wife.

Annie, Jamie's mother went to Jamie's room and of course knocked before she opened the door. She is one of those mothers that truly respect children's space and privacy. He let her in. He was doing his homework and had a very sad face on him. She sat on the bed and asked him if everything is alright since he wasn't that hyper as he was. He looked at her and then look back. He was really sullen and sulking. "Did something happened at school? " He hesitated before he answered and then he nodded. " During the break or in class?" He looked at her again and replied softly, " In class. Someone made a very bad joke to Juno. Someone wrote very mean words to her on her desk using crayons and then on the blackboard and signed my name too. But mummy I swear in the name of God, it wasn't me. I like Juno a lot and even if I didn't I wouldn't do such a terrible and cruel thing. " Now shaking with anger or rather with sadness and disappointment. Annie came near him and started to brush his hair slowly, " I know son, I know well. You don't need to swear. I believe you. Well I bet Juno was hurt and shocked deep and since there is your name she only know you a month or two. Give her time. She will talk to you. She will realize it was all a misunderstanding. Tomorrow try talk to her again and show her your copybooks and once she know that the calligraphy does not match a bit then she will trust you again. "



He nodded and felt relieved and not so sad as before. His mother left the room and went to continue with her cooking.

Juno once he came at home by walk, that is, he went to his room quietly. His mum although knew that the kid came home, did not ask how he is or how did it go to school or in his lessons. His mother was a bit negligent parent and also cause his mother suffer from a very high level depression.



Closed the door behind him, took off that hateful uniform and put on his pants and jumper on him and started his homework. His room was quite big and was shared with his mum. He had two beds, and yet he never liked to have his mum sleeping in his bedroom. His mum is a chain-smoker and also it bothered him a lot and made him cough hard at times during night or smelling just the scent of the strong smell of cigarettes made him sick, she never cared. She only cared to do what she wanted.



The bedroom still have that strong smell and everyday he have to keep the windows open, even if it rains or its windy or its very cold.

He opened the window, sat on his bed, hugging his plushie and crying quietly of what happened today in class and trying to understand of what the heck happened.

But he couldn't. After he cried his heart out, he felt tired, sleepy and completely drained, and fell asleep.



"Juno, come down. The lunch is ready" But no answer so far. His mother Daphne went up the stairs and stomping opened the door ready to yell at him but found him sleeping. She went in, closed the window and went out of the room leaving the door open and went back down to the kitchen to puff some more cigarettes and drinking more coffee while Paul the husband of course to come back from work.



While Juno was sleeping his mind was already in the dreamland. " Back to when he met Jamie at school, Jamie chose him to sit by and to play with and those wonderful jolly moments and then those cruel mean words that were written on his desk and on the board. But something was weird. Jamie had a nice yellow light around him and other ones had some dark look on their faces, some of them didn't had any normal human faces but snakes and other monsters instead. " This scared Juno so much that he woke up fast and was sweating cold instead of normal warm sweat. But then it seems that one thing he understood for sure. Those cruel stuff was not done by Jamie but by someone else and now he want to make sure that tomorrow he will apologize sincerely to him.



He became hungry and tried to see what time it is. He knew the time but couldn't read it out. Juno had a Thyroid problem since birth. His Thyroid is under-active or more to say likely dead. And he's taking support from the pills to keep him alive. His mind work 3 years backward from his normal age.



He went downstairs but there was nobody in the kitchen. He opened the grill and then the oven to see if there is food for him but there was none.
