I guess I'm not supposed to tell my mom not to bring her boyfriend by. But I'm tired of seeing her hurt by him, complain about him, and having him try to be my father. He makes her so angery at time and upset that it hurts me, but then he's able to charm my mom by being kind and sweet to her.



I told her again I didn't want him coming around the house anymore, cause she told me that she was going to move on to other guys. But all of a sudden shes saying that maybe she doesn't want to move on, maybe she wants to be in love with only him.



She hurt me by saying that, because I was only saying what she told me long ago. I mean he's still married to his wife and is scared of leaving her, cause she'll take everything. Then she through a tantrum, slaming things and making a lot of noise to tell me I hurt her.



No matter how hard I try to protect her, it seems to kill me in the heart. We gotten into so many fights about him, that I feel like shes my dad again. I can still hear his yelling at me and calling me cry baby through her voice.



I can't keep protecting her, maybe I need to let her get hurt so bad that she can see again.

Hon, Give up! the more you try to protect her the more she is going to fight it, you do have the right to say you do not want him to come to your house but you can't make her stop seeing him , that she has to learn on her own.

Next time you talk to your mother, you might want to point out something.



If he is cheating on his wife with your Mom.....what is going to stop him from cheating on your Mom. Why doesn't your Mom feel she is worthy of a better man, is the question you should put to her?

sis, sometimes that's the best you can do, and the only thing you can do. *hugs* just watch, i know it's painful but watch, and when it's over, let her know that you are still there for her depsite what has happened between you two.

Honestly, maybe you SHOULD let her get hurt. Maybe then she'll understand that you were just trying to protect her.
