I thought it appropriate to re-enter Vampire Rave and create a new profile today, as today is my birthday. It's a bit exasperating having to start all over again, but my old profile is irretrievable. When I created it, I used my BT account, and it was hacked. BT have a very poor email retrieval system - once an account has been breached and the security checks changed, there is no way of getting it back. There is a phone line help service, but as it is in India, there is no possible way of understanding what the person on the other end of the line is babbling about - English doesnt seem to be a required language.



I would still be able to access my VR account if i could remember the password, but some years ago there was a scare with a lot of accounts being compromised, so i immediately changed my password to something much more cryptic. so cryptic that i cant remember it.

i have been reborn into vampire rave. i was gone for a long time because i forgot my password and the email address i registered with has been hacked, so i'm locked out .



so i have created another profile using a secure email address. be warned clan leaders - i don't compete in dull badly conceived games, i dont respect authority, and i am not a pack animal - i'm a lone wolf (well lone tiger actually, but you get the picture). most importantly - if i liked drama i'd waste my time watching crappy soap operas on TV. if i had a TV.
