I was talking to a buddy, the other day. He indicated he had a new girlfriend, asking me how to impress her.



He said he'd been working out, trying to exercise, and get himself in shape. Thought that would be the best way to impress her. He then asked, you work out at the gym, what machine should I use to get the best results for impressing her.
