apparently i have been diagnosed with severe manic depression, and i dont know what i'm supposed to do about it. can somebody help me before it gets the better of me, and i do something regretable?

as the headline indicates i will be writing mainly songs. i will put down the occasional spell, potion, poem, story, or any other old thing that pops into my head. so hear goes:
