*a short story hot off the press Enjoy! :D*
“I hate you!” I spat out causing saliva to go all over her face. She simply curved her red lips up and grinned at me as she leaned in slowly , “Your nothing without me, I made you who you are. Don’t forget that sweetheart… I made you.” She then took the sleeve of her old tarnished leather jacket and whipped the sticky liquid from the side of her perfectly defined cheekbone. “Your lucky I even put up with all your whiny bullshit. News flash baby, no one likes the old you,” she hissed as she removed the cigarette from its red glossy package to between her upturned lips, and lit it. Inhaling it slowly and, blowing the deadly chemicals right into my face. “No. That’s not true tons of people like me,” I said under my breath, I was lying. “Like who? The lame-o super nerds you once called friends, I don’t think so sweet-cheeks. Your nothing. Your just a photocopy of me, nothing special, nothing unique,” she sneered, rolling her lime green eyes at me. The mental abuse from her was becoming too much, normally I can handle it, but not today. “I want you to leave me alone.” I spoke out soft and clear so that every syllable was perfectly articulated. “Hahaha! Your kidding me right?” she mocked as she put one hand on her hip, causing her jacket to go up slightly, showing off her inked arm. “No.” I whimpered like a small puppy with its tail between its legs, as I put my head down, letting my hair separate us like a wall. “Look at you even now you can’t protect yourself, your just a whiny little brat!” she scolded me as she dropped her cigarette to the old shaggy carpet below and put it out with just a twist of her six inch leather boots. She took a step closer to me, and another, so that she was looking down to me, trying to make me intimidated. It was working.
“So,” she started out slowly, (her breath reeked of tar and ash,) “You, little miss whine and complain, little miss play-it-safe, you think that you can live without me? You would die without me,” She bragged as she flipped her bubble gum pink hair behind her shoulder. “I can live without you! You never bring any good into my life! Everything you do is bad,” I exploded to her like a volcano, sending my exclamations out into the air like little beads of lava. “You say it like it’s a bad thing,” she commented as she twisted the soft bubble gum around her index finer. “You have to be bad to have all the fun. If you were just normal you would be sitting at home alone, eating God knows what kinds of fatty foods and watching re-runs of True Blood. Face it, I’m not going anywhere.”
She was all snowflakes and swirls, as she walked to the black suede couch, and laid back on it, putting her leather boots on the coffee table in front of her. “You need to leave,” I threatened in a low demanding growl. “I’m never leaving, I like it here,” she snapped as she put her head back and closed her eyes. “Yes, you need to leave,” I said under my breath as I ran up the stairs and into the bathroom. Everything was spinning by the time I got there from running so fast. “Don’t do this, cant we talk it out?” the pink haired rebel begged as she rushed in front of me to the medicine cabinet. “What do you think your doing?” she questioned so concerned that her voice cracked, as she stood guarding the cabinet. Her eyebrows tilted down in anger as I put my hand right through her like she was nothing but a ghost. “Your not even real,” I acknowledged to her as I opened the cabinet, and took out the small orange bottle. She reached her long boney fingers out to me, trying to take it from my hand, “Stop! Don’t do this!” I looked into her bright green eyes as she looked back into my deep hazel ones. The plastic bottle between my fingers slowly opened and one of the small round blue pills was in the palm of my hand. “Don’t do i-” she didn’t have time to finish speaking because the pill was already half way down my throat and she was becoming a blur. “Your not real,” I whispered as I slid down the tile wall, my eyes rolling to the back of my head, making everything go black. “You never were.”
