I reached my hand beneath the raging sea

There I felt what it was to be free

I sunk beneath the Chaos and there was only me

So happy that I was cradled in Silence that my heart burst at it's seam



An openness I had not known before

Was bestowed unto me and I could not crave it more

I explored the vast emptiness and strayed away from the shore

I could not move quick enough to see everything for my legs were tangled in the jeans that I had wore



My chest ached and my legs were numb

But there was so much to see and I nowhere near done

Though my body told me no, I had had my fun

So I began my ascent to the Chaos in the land of the sun



I am only mortal and there are limitations in me

One day I will return to the sea

Then nothing can dominate me and I will set out to be free

But while the Silence is what I hunger for I had missed the Chaos dancing before me
