Hey can we chat for a moment...
My name is Sean. I have been here 7 years. It has been quite a ride. I have made friends. Lost touch with friends who left VR. I met the love of my life here, Liliancat. We are going on 3 years. I have been in some great covens; and some bad covens. I try to stay out of drama best I can. No, I am not perfect and sometimes I make bad choices. I try hard to be nice to everyone here. I do miss how active the site use to be. But nothing last forever. I like reading journals here on VR. Some make me worried for mankind and some make me laugh, smile, feel sad and some even educate me. Some that I read that make me sad are the one's were the poster clearly is in pain. I do not wish pain on anyone. Today I came across this song. Music can sooth the soul, I think we all agree with that. Some days I get sad too. Some days are hard. I have had days that I did not want to get out of bed. So, I get it how sometimes life is hard. So, this song I ran across today that I am posting here. For all of VR, all those souls's who feel lost, sad, troubled, depressed, I want to share this song with you. I hope that you save it and when life is hard play it and you listen to the words and believe them and the song helps you. I want to offer too that if anyone ever just wants to chat and you need someone to just listen to you and not judge you I make that offer. I am not a religious man but I do believe in Creator; I am Native, Cree, and I follow a belief of Mother Nature, and such.
You're amazing! You're worthy! Never give up!
As someone I respect highly here has taught me: Live your beliefs. Live your best life!
I hope my post helps even just one person here. If it does then that makes my day!
In my native language we have a word, Kiyam, it translate to mean: Let it be. Sometimes you have to just let it go and move on. Sometimes you don’t get to prove that you are “right”. Sometimes you don’t get to “win”. This is not a dismissive or a rude word. It reminds you of the importance of not allowing your spirit to become sickened with anger or the need to win. It reminds the speaker as well as the person being spoken to.
Kiyam,
Sean
