The Ultimate Vampire Resource and Directory

My little niece is homeschooled and she used this little wooded chair. She asked me if I would paint it for her. Her demands were: Tree frog, red eyed ones, 2 flowers, her name in cloud, hearts all over it and her face. I asked her if she wanted it red or green... She has a name for her chair 'get smart in chair'... and it must be working, she is one smart little girl!



Alli: Red

Me: Ok, red it is.

Alli: No wait... Green!

Me: Ok, Green it is.

Alli: No wait red!

Me: How about red AND Green?

Alli: YES! But mostly red!



fast forward a day she checks out the progress



Alli: I want more hearts (Mind you there are like a dozen on the TINY chair)

Me: How many more?

Alli: *proceeds to point out 6 more spots she wants hearts* here and here and here... and



fast forward a few more days



Alli: I want the flowers this color and this color and this color... * as she pointing to like 7 different colors*

Me: Sure thing Boss!



LOL Talk about a tough customer!

Since smoking isn't an issue anymore I am turning this section into posting some of my art work. I had not drawn in about a year and picked it back up recently. It's a healthy escape for me and helps me get emotions out. This first watercolor/pencil theme is swimming up stream. Many times in my life I feel like I am swimming up stream alone... I would love feedback good or bad...:

Even with pencil or in colors the work is amazing.

I like the watercolors though. The vivid combination of green and blue with some purple. And the elegant gold fish moving its way up dancing through the swirls.

Its beautiful love. I long to see more of your work.

You already gave me the push with your art to start drawing again days ago.

I don't draw anymore (no time and gotta keep supplies out of baby hands) but that would be pretty wicked to print and crochet into an afghan.
