If you really think about it, Friendship is weird. You just pick a human you've met and you're like "Yupp I like this one" and you do stuff with them! You think that's weird? What about getting married... You find someone, you fall in love and you're like "So we've been hanging out for a really long time and it's been super cool, I kinda wanna do this until one of us die, you in?" and they say yes! Is that insane or normal?

The final event of 2013 is the most interesting eclipse of the year. It is one of the rare hybrid or annular/total eclipses in which some sections of the path are annular while other parts are total. The duality comes about when the vertex of the Moon's umbral shadow pierces Earth's surface at some locations, but falls short of the planet along other sections of the path. The unusual geometry is due to the curvature of Earth's surface that brings some geographic locations into the umbra while other positions are more distant and enter the antumbral rather than umbral shadow. In most cases, the central path begins annular, changes to total for the middle portion of the track, and reverts back to annular towards the end of the path. However, November 3 eclipse is even more unique because the central path to begins annular and ends total. Because hybrid eclipses occur near the vertex of the Moon's umbral/antumbral shadows, the central path is typically quite narrow.

Lately I have been thinking a lot about death. No, not like wanting it. Just about it. Last summer a really good friend of mine died. Anyway, a few days ago as I was waking up and still had a few moments before I needed to rise to get ready for work, I was thinking about death; like wondering what really happens. My hand was laying half off my bed, my arm extend and I am going to say in my mind.... I saw this native guy... in full headdress and it was just his head... at the end of my hand.. and in my mind popped "When your time comes I will come for you." Nothing like this has ever happen to me before. I have shared this with no one around me in real life. I got this feeling that came over me that... it was ok. Death was ok. When it is my time to go (which I hope is when I am 105 years old... well maybe not that old) I will see this Native again and he would be the one I see when I do die. This just blew my mind. I can almost even now as I write this describe what he looked like.
