This really is the greatest website in the world. It's like some kind of ongoing Seinfeld episode.
If you've ever been to the gym more than a handful of times, this begins to look awfully familiar.

'Pumping Iron' (if anyone has actually seen the film), is a better display of what gyms should be. Of course, it was filmed in a time before going to the gym became popular.
The film showed here is exactly why I stay away from the gym "scene".
The bottom line, I would say that about 95% of people who frequent gyms, are only there so they can tell everyone they know, "I was at the gym."
I use to go and hated it. My brother brought some equipment with one of his friends and they set it up in a barn now we all go there. This video is funny but so true.
Last night I had a dream about VR. In my dream I hit update your status and dropped a whole level. I just sat there shocked. 0.o Not sure why I would dream such. I have not been trying to level. I have been working on the coven paper we do so that has been on my mind a lot. Now I am doomed. VR is haunting this Injun's dreams.
Let someone love you just the way you are – as flawed as you might be, as unattractive as you sometimes feel, and as unaccomplished as you think you are. To believe that you must hide all the parts of you that are broken, out of fear that someone else is incapable of loving what is less than perfect, is to believe that sunlight is incapable of entering a broken window and illuminating a dark room.

Just see me as a friend and respect me as a person, don't see me with sexual eyes. But see me for who I am... I am a simple man I have no needs; no wants, but I have much to offer; because the world is free. Please hear me and understand. I am neither Rock nor Tree; but I walk the soil and breathe the Air. My age has no meaning for I am, as old as the true tree of life; maybe just in spirit; but, I emerge as young as the raging seas. I am softer than the morning breeze of new day; and I am as warm as the tender kiss of the sunshine. Grandfather blessed this to all of us, so we can come together to share; share the Harmony of Peace, love and kindness of humanity

Such a Powerful Message
A Lakota legend speaks of seven maidens being chased by a bear. On their knees, they prayed for divine intervention, the result being that the ground beneath them erupted, high into the air, lifting them out of harm’s way, as the bear clawed at the risen ground. The result was Devil’s Tower (Wyoming), the bear’s claws having carved vertical geological features into the rock, and the seven maidens having been installed above as the Pleiades.
The Hopi believe their ancestors came from the Pleiades, the place, or people they call Chuhukon, or, those who cling together, a reference it seems to that tightly grouped starry cluster, as it appears to the naked eye. Likewise, early Dakota legends speak of the Pleiades, or Tiyami, as the abode of the ancestors.
Other native oral histories, or legends, speak of an origin, if not in the Pleiades, then in the stars generally, or other constellations. The Cree, for example, arrived on earth from the stars, as spirits, and then became human beings.
Other native legends, including those of the Lakota, about which we were recently informed by a prominent Montana-based tribal member, speak not necessarily of Star People, but of mysterious beings coming from above, we were told, as spheres of light, that in turn abduct children, a reference to which we will return, and that corresponds eerily to popular “folklore” about alien abduction and breeding programs (that are not for the faint hearted).
Ignorance is like a shadow it has no real substance of its own, it is simply a lack of light. You cannot cause a shadow to disappear by trying to fight it, stamp on it, by ramming against it, or any other form of emotional or physical resistance. In order to cause a shadow to disappear, you must shine light on it.
There so many new people here and a lot of old friends do not log on anymore. I posted this in my coven on a thread about introducing yourself and since there are so many new people here I thought I would also post it here. And to some old members too who have no clue who I am. So, hello...
My real name is Sean. I am 100% Cree native and am from Fisher River, Canada. As I kid *teen years* I did a lot of stupid things and landed in jail. It was the best thing that happen to me. An Elder came to see me and woke me up. I then changed. I went to College. All my record was cleaned by a Judge who for some reason thought I would clean up. I finished College with a degree in Human Services and Indigenous studies. I listen to what the Elders told me and did it. I became involved in my heritage and the plight of Native's. I applied for a job with Native Health Services and have worked with NHS for 4 years. I had the chance to work in the United States as we visited nations and reservations to assist in updating services offered, like health care, scholarships, down to getting water to some homes that did not have running water in homes.
I have a sense of humor. I am pretty much always in a good mood. I like making new friends online. And I have met some amazing people here on this site. I try to share my spiritual side which is heritage based on trying to live by how Creator wants me too. We are all from the Earth.
