Well...as much as i hate to admit this - the prosecution failed that little girl. We all know her mother did it, but the Prosecution failed to prove she did it without reasonable doubt. That is what is sad. I've heard all kinds of stuff - like the jury failed. No it was the prosecution who failed, not the jury. Its a big mess, and I am very sad for the little girl, but even sadder that our American justice system is so screwed up that they set killers free.
