Looking in journals and spending time reading. Taking a little break. So much going on in here.

I fancy some have no clue as to the rude things they do to people. The cop out is that the other person is always wrong and being a baby. Heard this so many times over the years and that never changes. It is called point the fingeritis and never taking responsibility for their actions...too bad that happens but it does but the ass kissers of the world will rally.

They are going all out for Michael Jackson. I have mixed feelings about it but as far as talent he had all that and more. I try to keep that separated in my mind from other things that intruded upon his life from a legal standpoint.

He definitely was talented. A little pre-programmed in that his movements and dance was pretty much the same in everything he did. I liked watching him in the Wiz because if nothing else, Michael could really spin. He was cute in the Jackson 5 and I remember the first time on TV when I saw him sing...what a little bundle of talent. A lot of pressure had to be placed upon him which probably had a lot to do with how he was in later life. Musically he was astouding. I have a double cassette of his best up to a certain time but other than that, I never bought his music. I don't think Pop is the correct word to describe him really. Perhaps in later years but he did more of the soul music earlier and went to ballads later on. I don't know how he got stuck with that title, but it's as good as anything else. I worry about his children. I hope they will be ok now that he is gone considering he had extreme financial problems.

I thought for those who don't know I would put this here. More of my inane trivia...ok I know but I have to blow off steam someplace and why not here :)

Pansexuality, or omnisexuality is a sexual orientation characterized by the potential for aesthetic attraction, romantic love, or sexual desire for people, regardless of their gender identity or biological sex. Some pansexuals suggest that they are gender-blind; that gender and sex are insignificant or irrelevant in determining whether they will be sexually attracted to others.

The word pansexual is derived from the Greek prefix pan-, meaning "all". In its simplest form, pansexuality denotes the potential of sexual attraction to all genders and beings. It is intended to negate the idea of two genders (as expressed by bi-)

The adjective pansexual may also be applied to organizations or events. In this context, the term usually indicates an openness to the involvement of people of all genders and sexual orientations in said organization/event, as well as the pansexual sexual identity.

Some funny things and some interesting I hope

The first one is a video of Michael Buble making fun of Josh Groban. Michael is a really funny guy. Then some things about him afterward.

Here is Michael singing Home

"Home" is a song recorded by Canadian pop-jazz musician Michael Bublé. It was released in 2005 from his album It's Time. The song was written by Bublé, along with Alan Chang and Amy Foster-Gillies. "Home" was a hit for Bublé in both Canada and the United States, topping the Canadian pop charts and U.S. Adult Contemporary charts.

Since the release of Bublé's original version, two covers have also been released as singles by other artists. The first of these was by the Irish band Westlife, whose 2007 rendition was a Top Ten hit in several European countries. American country music singer Blake Shelton also released a cover in early 2008, reaching the top of the U.S. country singles charts with his version.

This song as others done by Buble were featured in the soundtrack of the movie "The Wedding Date" in 2005.

Until I ran across his profile here and did some investigation I had never heard of Westlife or any of the band members. Seems like a really nice young man. Here is a video someone made of him singing.

This person sings quite well but it is very doubtful that he or another group member are in VR but someone posing as such. Besides whether they want to call themselves a band they are not. A band plays instruments such as Disturbed...that's a band. This is a pop singing group and not a band.

Wikipedia says this: Westlife is an Irish pop band formed on July 3, 1998.

My understanding is they stand on stage and sing but play no instruments so they would be the same as this group except a different genre:

The Miracles (known from 1965 to 1972 as Smokey Robinson & the Miracles) is an American rhythm and blues group from Detroit, Michigan, notable as the first successful group act for Berry Gordy's Motown Records.

SEE "group," they have back-up players that are doing the playing of the music which negates them from being an actual band. Wikipedia is wrong unless these guys get up in concert and play guitars and what not. They are wrong for calling themselves a band. Sorry I had to say this because credit should be due where it is due.

They might call themselves a band because of the coined term, "boy band" that was popular in the 90s. BUT as you can see with the Backstreet Boys:

After returning to the music scene in 2005, their sound changed dramatically, incorporating only live instruments (some of which they play themselves) and a more guitar and piano driven pop rock sound. A "boy band" that has moved on and become an actual band playing some of their own instruments. There is a big difference. It doesn't matter if there is one or five, if they don't play any instruments they are not a band. So it seems many times they still sing up front but it depends on the venue I think and there are only four of them now.

------------------------------------------------------------

Band (music), a company of musicians.

A Boy band refers to a type of pop group featuring several young male singers. The members are generally expected to perform as dancers as well, often executing highly choreographed sequences to their own music. The acts are essentially vocal harmony groups.

I still like a lot of the old groups because I like music period and is anything I have said important...NOPE.

It really makes one wonder when a house keeps having perpetual problems if there isn't some mischief, hahaha.

As soon as I fix one thing it is something else. Now I know why I like apartments. The house wasn't well kept I guess as far as updating things.

Now I am listening to this Michael Jackson memorial. As a performer and entertainer he was great. BUT so many said really unkind things about him. Much of it was by the media; inuendo and a whole list of things. I don't know if he did all of what he was accused of but considering how some people acted about him I say for shame to forget saying all of these things and now giving him a Tribute.

I think it is cool that they do this because his music represents a lot of him and it was dancing and just about everything. He gave a lot of money to charity that was kept quiet. He was eccentric that is true but why is it so many get their due after they are dead?

I remember his tv performances when he was little. There was no one like him and never has been or ever will be. I loved his video for Thriller. In his genre he is a superstar on the par of Elvis. I wonder how many days they will be talking about him.

This sort of eclipsed the death of Farah Fawcett. I cried when I heard about her but I knew it was coming. The type of cancer she had was awful and I read what she would have gone through. What a lady!

This new system may turn out to be really cool. At first people will want to add friends so they are added as well to boost their points only I had that on my message before he changed :)

This is not my only profile and dagnabbit, I wanted to at least talk to some people. It is so funny, I have three of them and I think one is thought of as the mean person or know it all or something like that. One the nice lady and this one the intellectual I guess, lol...just because of things I have said. I find it interesting because they are all ME. I am no different. One was here longer so people had a chance to see my sharp tongue I guess. That's only when I get frustrated and I show what the real truth is and still people keep repeating non truths...so I just give up.

I shouldn't feel badly about this but at times I do. I had people put themselves on my friends list and as soon as they found out it would seem I wasn't going to their group, off they went. Isn't that a little shallow? I mean come on don't pretend you want to be friends just for the society thing. I know it's competitive but still that isn't very nice. Of course, no one said anyone had to be nice here now did they? I'm not crying about it or anything just noticing these things around here. For the most part this is insignificant and most all the people I have met were more than nice and helpful. A few questions I didn't answer but I felt that the answer should have been obvious.

Why bother if you don't plan on really getting to know someone. Most never talk to me anyway unless I contact them after the initial mailing. My main reason for being here is to be creative but my over all style is something I can't change. I am a mental person, lol...I think it shows.

You know I have become a really big Christian Bale fan. I saw a biography on him a few months ago and was really impressed. He is one of the great unsung actors. Those that work with him cannot give him enough accolades. I know he has been in numerous movies but I saw this Scifi futuristic movie called Equilibrium. I don't think I had previously seen it. It was released in 2002. I simply can't remember.

If you have never seen it, briefly it is about:

"In a Fascist future where all forms of feeling are illegal, a man in charge of enforcing the law rises to overthrow the system." (IMDb)

Many compared it to the Matrix and to 1984 but it was in the genre although not the same as those movies. It reminded me more of Ultraviolet than the other two. If you take a subject matter as to what might have happened after another war only so many scenarios will eventually come up viable for the film industry and make money. That is what it's all about. It is a business but Bale was really great in this movie like most everything he does. I have to say I liked him in Little Women since it showed a softer side of his acting, especially after watching American Psycho, lol. Even though Little Women was made first I actually saw American Psycho first and have the uncut version of it :)

He is very striking looking and I can never decide if I think he is good looking or just unusual looking. It's something about his mouth. I tend to notice things like that, don't know why. I guess I am a meany for details.

I guess I need to clarify. I have friends in various places who are heavily into BDSM which I know, like Tantra is much more than merely sex involved but it does have a physical capacity whether there is any sort of rising above and beyond that and trust, etc. I am a person with very strong sensory as far as touch and pain is concerned. I am very sensitive to that. I guess some would refer to me as empathic. I had a testing, but won't go into the background but part of it dealt with touch. I am sensitive enough when a vibrating magnet is turned on and off I can feel it, or I use to be able to do this. It amazed the technician. Now I could be making this up of course but I'm not is all I can say. I am a very mental oriented person and not that physical except in certain ways that are much different than being involved in BDSM or for instance Tantra. I don't need to physically touch someone to have exchanges of certain types.

I am not into Polyamorous relationships and never have been and its not because I think anything is wrong with it. I just think I like the one on one dynamic better. I have been invited on more than one occasion but its just not my thing. Why? I have no idea.

Watching this crazy show with Danny Bonaduce and his ex-wife. He is a little jealous of her b/f. I don't know if it isn't being played up. Why do people want to watch this stuff. It wasn't turned on by me but seems like my tv gets switched quite often to these off the wall talk shows and reality things. I guess people watch them but it's almost like being a voyeur in some cases, lol.

You know, I will never understand BDSM at all. I have a book on it all but for some reason that and polyamorous lifestyles have never interested me. I have lots of friends into it. Maybe I am just too possessive. Yes this is a more serious entry. I am a mental person and not a physical person so I have never had any interest in expanding on that sort of sensory imput. I have played with energy and while a masseuse have focused it to put people asleep. It was a game for me. It worked most of the time. Working in a coed place it sometimes was a handy way of subduing an otherwise disagreeable client.

I have no problem with anybody's lifestyle at all as long as it remains theirs and doesn't encroach on mine. I think women are the more beautiful of humanity but there are men who could come in runner ups. Women are more graceful and pleasing to the eye in most cases yet I'm not a Lesbian. I just see what I see.

There are some men who could take my breath away, by their looks but...what really counts is the person. Beauty fades.

RATING FATIGUE

23:47 Jun 17 2009

Wonder if I can get SSI for this, lol. It really gets tiring rating and especially if you are reading the profiles. I read or skim most all of them but the newer ones hardly have anything on them so not much to read. I know they all want high scores but come on guys, is that really fair. Go into the highest rated part where you go in profiles and look at those profiles. Then come back and tell me yours holds a candle to them when you have three lines and an avatar. I don't like transparencies for mine so I don't write across my background and leave the table part black rather than see through. I like people to be able to read what I am writing. I took a very long time so it would be a shame if it just sort of blended right into the background. The info should be most important. I noticed some people leave their fonts too small and it is hard to read and they have high rates but I guess others uses magnifying glasses, lol. They're usually lovely profiles but just not to easy to read. I changed my lady vampire because I saw her too often around the profiles. I had changed her coloring from burgandy to purple but still wanted something a little different and it brought out the blue too cause my color scheme is purple, dark blue, green and magenta. Still messing with the colors. I like to, hope I don't loose my profile over it. Glad I have backup, lol.

Been reading some of the journals. Everyone is so afraid of drama. They are talking about it incessantly. I have to giggle because that only promotes it but if you are a human being...there will be drama. You debate here and people don't agree. Some get heated about it...oh so what, who does it hurt? We can't see each other anyway. I find it funny but it makes things interesting even if we stoop to HS levels at times. We forget our everyday problems and most of us have a bunch. Get angry, let off steam but keep it within reason and then you will be clear for the real world. It is very cathartic you know. There is no such thing as a drama free zone. What it is, is some keep quiet and don't say anything. That isn't drama free that is the beginning of a mental illness, lol. Besides, what would you have to talk about? Some are constant thorns in the forum while others are peacemakers but all of them have their day of being a little testy. I kinda like a person that stands behind their convictions. I was told if I didn't like something then don't read it or comment upon it. Wouldn't that make me a little bit of a milktoast person? Sometimes I just ignore them because I just don't want to talk about the same things over and over. Sometimes the topic is just silly but not always to the one asking so I try to be polite or avoid the thread altogether. In fact with this ID I haven't had the time really except on a couple of occasions when I got curious and you know I have mentioned it before, I can get the foot stuck very deep in said mouth at times. :)

Watching another movie

Watching a movie again. I actually watched several and one was Hellboy 2, all I have to say about that one is I liked the bad guy, lol. I liked how he was dressed and his long hair.

I am watching Mrs. Palfrey at the Claremont. I have seen it before but I like Rupert Friend. It is a delightful movie about an elderly lady befriended by a very young man in London, England.

One thing I have noticed and I would suppose that is very true is even the elderly in England are much more polite than in the United States. I use to take care of an Elderly lady for awhile in a retirement place and they didn't have the manners they do in this hotel. It's nice to see when men stand up for a woman and people are really polite. I remember everyone complaining about everything there, the food, the music and you name it. No thank yous I remember. One lady made fun of some of the serving girls. I wonder how we became like this? I hope when I have to be in a place like that (would rather kill myself first, lol) I am well mannered.

YOU TUBE DUDE

18:12 Jun 16 2009
Times Read: 979

I am watching this guy talk about Kagero. It's a Playstation game. It started with Techmo's Deception but you need a lot of memory to play that and it never made sense. I had it but don't know what happened to it. It was probably stolen by the same guy that took the other two. So I had to replace them both. Kagero is fun...its a trap game and to get your scores up you have to be good at laying and combining them. Then you have Dark Delusion which is the third game and scarier and a lot of them can morph and things like that. They can in Kagero too. He is trying to figure out how to set the traps...haha...he isn't good at it. I have played it a lot but neither of these recently for a long time. I know how to place things to get them but beating the 3rd game is much harder. I have beat them both numerous times. They have varying endings depending. In Kagero you can let her have her regular name or make one but there is one name in particular that gives you bonus points at the beginning if you use it. It's hard because certain one's are trying to plant bombs and if they succeed you die. You have to be in the right places but still kill certain charcters. I like this type of game because it isn't mindless. You have to think and strategize.

I am happy with Playstation and didn't go to 2. It is really good for hand eye coordination. People should play games like this. I will show you what they look like. I guess they remade it for PS2 and called it TRAPT...shrugs...what someone said.

This one has more story to it and you get two different endings I believe depending on choices you make in the game. It has subtitles since it is Japanese. It is still good. I love this game but it is more complicated than the others. Some are talking about wanting it and not being able to find it. There is a site and I cannot remember the name because it's name has nothing to do with games. You can get a lot of the old games. They have these Hell Knights in this one that suddenly morph up and bam they got you and they are big and scarey, lol. Of course, you don't have to read all the storylines, you can move on past them. The second video of lll shows more of the actual play I think.

YES I LOVE TO WATCH MOVIES

16:13 Jun 16 2009

I watched one this morning which wasn't any kind of great movie but it was very entertaining. It was Turbulance 3: Heavy Metal.

The whole premise of this movie was strange, lol. I remembered the main actor from Underworld Evolution. He did a good job playing a Marilyn Manson type of character. I always love Craig Sheffer. It was pretty predictable in certain ways. There were a few surprises but for the most part, it was entertaining and funny. It wasn't scary or that violent warranting an R rating. No bad language really or sexual situations...shrugs.

Going to watch Hellboy 2 today since it is on Demand and see if I like it. I liked the first one.

MOVIE I JUST WATCHED

03:00 Jun 16 2009
Times Read: 996

Yes I am sort of bored today. I really don't get bored most often but certain things that have happened since January have put me sort of in limbo. I am getting over it but everything is at a standstill.

This movie was an artsy movie. Sort of something like M. Knight Shyamalan would make called Silence Becomes You. You feel like you are lost in someone's surreal madness. My conclusion was that two of the characters died and that is how they escaped the mansion. If I tell you more, it will spoil it. Most people don't like this movie but I want to see it again because I missed the beginning to see what they were trying to say. It wasn't a bad movie it just was the type that doesn't give you answers easily. You have to think. This is hard for most people to do. They just want blood, guts and sex, lol...

Speaking of M. Knight, sometimes he can make the most out there movies. "Happening" was one of them. I can't say it is a bad movie but its premise was really strange. I liked it but can bet many did not. My favorite he did is the movie he with Bruce Willis and Haley Joel Osment, The Sixth Sense. His movies in many ways are very subtle. You miss clues if you don't watch carefully. Most of what he does are an acquired taste.

The only other movie that gave me these kinds of feelings was Cloverfield and I loved that movie.

WISH I WAS A PERFECT PERSON SOMETIMES

01:10 Jun 16 2009

Sometimes I wish people would accept me as I am...which is talkative. It isn't all the time though. Today I have had a lot of thoughts. One is why people put themselves up into my friends area and then delete themselves. I wonder why they judge me and why they talk to me if they aren't interested in what I have to say. This is one thing about me I guess is different. When someone is talking to me about something I will never tell them I am not interested in the topic ever. What I might say is I don't know much about the topic. I let people talk about whatever it might be and if it is a lot and frequent well, I will change the subject to something else very subtly if I can. If you talk to me you can be whoever you are and whatever you believe. It might not be what I believe or what I want to hear but I will be polite and I won't just stop talking to you unless I tell you I have to go or you don't respond. Trust me I can tell when people don't want to talk to me or want to talk about the topic. If you don't then don't ask me any questions about it and I won't feel I must clarify what I am saying. I am not a superficial person so I don't answer things in a couple of words or a couple of sentences unless I just don't know what to say which is very often and for me that's an oxymoron.

I like people who have things to say and can talk. I talk a lot, but I didn't when I was under 22 or so. It was things that happened to me that changed things. I do that in my journals. I really don't like to debate and don't have time to read EVERYONES journals so I don't know the likes and dislikes of everyone or what they do or not do. I hope that won't offend anyone.

There are always talkative people and quiet people. I have been both. Guess now I need to be in the middle. Wonder if that is possible. Someone keeps trying to get me to be active somewhere else but I go over there and I don't like it. I guess it is popular but...eh.

Thought I needed to clarify this. I wasn't talking about anyone or place in VR.

I MUST BE LOSING IT

This is a trivial thing but I wasn't on Chiller. I was on ShowtimeBW whatever that is. It is called Dog Boys. Here is the synopsis if you are interested. Bryan Brown is the bad guy and Dean Cain is the good guy (well sort of). It doesn't have good reviews really but it's been entertaining so far.

Julian Taylor, a Marine veteran and former middleweight boxing champion loses control in a bar fight and ends up serving time for aggravated assault in Retrieve Prison. Not long after his arrival, Julian is introduced to Captain Brown, a menacing, overbearing guard who tags him "dogboy" and orders him to a claustrophobic dormitory called the doghouse. There, Julian meets fellow inmate Willy Owens and learns that the prison's vicious attack dogs are used to catch and kill escaping prisoners. And there's more. With Captain Brown as their leader, a secret society of hunters uses the prison dogs to hunt inmates for sport and money. When Willy finds out about it, he attempts to recruit Julian as a potential ally, but not knowing that Willy is an undercover cop, Julian refuses to get involved. Eventually, Willy finds the evidence he needs to expose the scandal, but before he can act, he's savagely attacked and killed by Captain Brown's dog. Now, Julian and Willy's former colleague, Assistant D.A. Jennifer Dern, must work together to finish what Willy started. But as they prepare to blow the lid off this dark and dirty blood sport, they find out that they're next to be hunted...

WEIRD STUFF ON THESE PROFILES

I need to take notes because some of the things some say would make good storylines. It's great, keeps me smilin'. That's always healthy for anyone. I have to get use to all this coven stuff, because I haven't even yet. You don't see that too often offline. It is usually House, Orders, Temples, Clans, Havens and Courts. Covens are usually neopagan people although some are combined and I know of one house that uses coven but it's not that often you see that one. There are some really interesting people here and kids as well. Some of the younger ones make such awesome profiles...the language could be improved on occasion and not talking about spelling. I get in a hurry and misspell all the time, we all do. I just have to keep off my soapbox issues and I'm fine, well usually.

I'm watching some movie on Chiller about this guy in prison and don't know why he is there. It's that cute guy that played Superman in Lois and Clark I think it was called. I only saw it a couple of times. He is kicking ass. I keep thinking he is undercover but I have to go look in IMDb because I missed the beginning. Beautiful guard dogs in this one.

I want a dog. Always been restricted from having pets everywhere I live. My turn to choose. Anyone got any suggestions? Here is what I would like:

good with kids

doesn't bark a lot

doesn't wiggle and pee all the time

doesn't think its a lap dog and doesn't shed much

good as a guard dog

Really wish I could have a wolf but know they aren't allowed and use to be endangered here.

If I make statements about history...if I should get all that serious here (oh kick me in the arse if I do, lol) I will have sources. I do have sources on all my viewpoints. This is why I do say certain things from time to time. Most of my views aren't opinion and nothing I would have normally said without research. I do a lot of that these days. Actually for years. My brain is going to mutiny if I keep it up. Trust me if it's my opinion I will say so. I have so many of them they are logged and numbered :)

Some may be philosophical or very little known religious groups but I will steer from those to some degree and other things. I like to know about places I will probably never visit. Who could with the prices of air flights these days and considering where I live, below the equator. I would like to experience Christmas at the beach in Australia once. Think that would be cool. Could do that here but the weather is starting to get cold then and it's not something that usually anybody does. I would be afraid of rain, I don't like wet turkey. :) Speaking of turkey, I found out my Dad hated turkey yet he ate it every year for Thanksgiving and Christmas...wonder what other secrets he had, lol.

TRUE BLOOD

18:30 Jun 15 2009
Times Read: 1,066

I watched the first episode of the new season of True Blood. It was interesting but of course leaves hanging endings which are to be expected. Jason is a loopy as ever. That character is so gullible it makes me laugh. I am still wondering what the one lady is up to that has Tara in her house and thinking she is so nice. I have a feeling she is something other than she seems. Well that is obvious but sinister. I know there are certain types of beings in this story other than vampires and shapeshifters but since I haven't read the books, I don't know which ones or what other than witches and faeries.

They had to throw the usual let's take all our clothes off and have sex scenes. I guess this show is going to be noted for that, lol. I was glad to see Tara,s cousin wasn't dead but surprised the snakeoil lady was killed and by whom this time I wonder? Maybe someone who found out she was fake or maybe someone connected to one of her kids. She mentions them last season but you don't see them. I can understand Sam's frustration and glad he told Sookie off. She really deserved it. Eric went ballistic, wonder what he is up to now?

Does this mean after someone snags me into a side group all these new people will stop talking to me? It got pretty quiet. I feel like a piece of meat...sobs. Well at least I am an aged piece.

Food Must Be On My Mind

We made Zuppa Toscana last night. If you don't know what it is, it is an Italian soup served at Olive Garden. We had their recipe :)

I wonder how we got it? Probably off the internet. Everyone around here has their faces glued to the screen. Well I am exaggerating really. Close enough they can almost see you without a webcam. :)

Speaking of webcams, never ever tell anyone especially of the opposite sex you have a webcam on the internet. YOU'LL BE SORRY!

All I have to say about that one. Just tell them you will give them a picture and never give it to them, hahaha. I have heard the stories from both men and women. Some of them are funny at least the one's that include surprises.

Now how did I get from soup to here...rolls eyes. Well the soup is so good I could eat gallons. Its a creamy potato soup with spicy Italian sausage and kale put in right at the end. Yummy! It may not sound good when reading about it but its delicious.

Can't believe I am talking about food again. This must be a sign of impeding weight gain.

Why do people view my profile but they don't rate? I wondered about that. Many have passed by and I'm wondering if it is just to add time on here and page counts? Puzzlement. I wonder why is it that people don't recognize people they know when it is so obvious. I really don't want to talk about it. This profile is a separate thing just for itself. So, I'm going to enjoy myself and be the smartass I am :)

Never say never and never ask too many questions from those who don't want to be asked. You may get a simple answer.

Have you ever gone shopping for toilet bowl seats? I never knew they had so many choices and even embroidered. Can you believe that? I ended up not buying one even though the one in one of our bathrooms broke. It didn't fall off. I can imagine someone asking, "what did you do today," and me gulping and saying, "oh well, I went shopping for toilet bowl seats." Now of course I have to add designer mind you because these days everything is designer born, well aren't they? :) Just imagine, a Gucci toilet bowl seat. hahahaha

I kept watching these commercials on the tv for pizza bowls from Dominos (if you aren't from the US it is a big chain). They are to die for. I got an Italian sausage one and got a piece of the mac n cheese one which is delicious too. Kids would love it. Not as good as a steak but ready to go and delivered and that was good enough for me. The steak will be tomorrow, maybe :) I love it when I don't have to cook and at least if I have junk food its quality junk food, haha.

Have you ever tried to shop for men's t-shirts online? I was trying to help a friend who has a 13 year old in need of t-shirts. I could not believe there were some that cost even discounted over a hundred dollars because they were made by some designer and they weren't even one of a kind. I thought my eyes would roll out of my head when I saw the prices. There has to be gold in them somewhere...got to be...guess I need a metal detector. I would never buy a shirt for that price. Astonishment!!!

Not into conflict

I really don't like conflict, I guess most say drama. Wow have I had a good start, lol. It can only get better right? These things are trivial. Some people just aren't nice people so I have to get used to that. I just always hope for the best and ... sighs ... sometimes the best doesn't happen. I think everyone does that. We try to love people and are blinded and when the illusions disappear it is so very hard to accept that the person we admired was less than nice. I wonder if these are lessons we must learn but I hate to be someone's testing ground. It happens to all of us I guess but we isolate ourselves from each other and so when the safety net is needed it isn't always there.

Figured out the VR logo thing, wahoo. I think it is fun to build the profiles and I like looking at others. There are so many types. Of course we will have some of the same graphics but that is ok as long as we find them directly in photobucket or someplace else. Photocasket is a pretty good place as well. Think that is what it is called. Haven't been there in a long time.

Well, well things are getting interesting

Looks like Ferril liked some of my graphics. He is in my Last 10 list and he didn't rate. What he did do is take two of my graphics. I don't own them actually so if he likes them that much fine. Both of them I did something to the coloring. My avatar came in blue and I changed it to purple.

He uploaded them into extra pictures, lol...shrugs. I know he did it. I am not covetous of the graphics I have but...kinda wish he hadn't taken the avatar. Looks funny for them to be over there. Ah well...

Guess he didn't realize that he can be seen by premium members whether he rates or not.

There's a new member called the Gate Keeper. I thought it was a really cool profile and I love all the music he chose. Even though I put Celtic/Irish groups on my profile I like the harder stuff too. I love Judas Priest and Saliva. So I kinda stayed there for awhile listening to the music. I have a cool colored profile in the sense of purple as opposed to red which is the opposite as on his profile. So music like that I feel doesn't fit it. If I was to change it to other colors in the future I might put something like that but I felt I wanted some of Clannad there because I collected a lot of their albums. The one they wrote for Harry's Game has been in commercials and others sing it as well, not to mention other songs they have done or written. They did one I didn't put up with Bono. I am not that fond of U-2 but it depends on the song really.

Oh what fun

I have been playing around with my profile.

Changing things and losing the whole thing several times. I don't know why that happens but glad I have backup :) Trying to figure out how to change the logo that says Vampire Rave to another color and the writing beneath it. Done a few things and made it go totally haywacky and had to restart with a reload, lol. But it's been fun except the first day where people were rating when I had nothing on the page because I had just made the id about a minute prior and went into Paypal to make it premium. It was absolutely bare and when I say bare, I mean bare. How can you rate something like that? Surely people with any common sense should have known it was someone who was just then creating an account, lol...From what I could tell no one gave it a second thought...oh well you live and learn. I think he needs about a 30 minute delay before new profiles show or a starting point after the ID is created similar to an upload button. You click it and voila, it appears. Just a thought, lol :) Today's another day so moving on.
