Apparently, everything skynet can do, we humans can do too because skynet was designed to think like a living thing and human, so we can use this knowledge from an alternate realm To come up with knowledge we never had before. Temporal processing is what I came up with.

this same type of processing can be achieved by the human mind with knowledge about time displacement and a psychological process that achieves the same purpose.

Again I know it sounds like a child's imagination and belongs on power punks but its about how I gained all this knowledge. Getting bit on the neck, is one of many ways to become a vampire. There are "alternative," ways to become one, not spoken of.
