Extra nights are 99.00 per ROOM.

No extra deposit is required.. it is simply added to your final balance.

IMPORTANT NOTE! I do not have blocked space for extra nights. Those are available on first come basis. If you know for a fact you are staying an extra night or two.. LET ME KNOW IMMEDIATELY.

Remember, this is New Orleans.. and its summer break. Do NOT wait until the last minute.. or you may be paying more, or spending your extra nights somewhere else (like they sell out of rooms).

I'm definitely interested especially in before. I'll let you know definite dates shortly (when I've made bookings =P).

Re the additional nights: what is the latest you can check in? I've just had a plane get delayed on me and i have a night booked for the 31st.

There is no time limit as to how late you can check in. This is because you are paying for the room in advance.

if we get extra room before or after do they includ any extras? like breakfest? or brunch?

No, If you get an extra nights room outside of the meetup package date, it wont include any meals at all.

Are ther other hotles in the area. I know the at the door pricing. I just didn't know if there were hotel other than the one were renting out?

There is NO at the door pricing.

Even if you want to attend the events without booking the room - you still MUST MAKE an advance reservation with All Genre for those events you do want to attend.

If you do not make reservations for those events, you will be turned away.
